That's really good (and disturbing ;P)

The only real crit I can think of is that the hair on his arms and chest should be ****** where the skin is but I guess that would be really hard to do so don't mind that.

That's pretty cool. Where he's grabbing with his right hand looks weird, and the hair on his arms and chest looks strange. In some places its flat, and in others it looks like post work. Overall, a cool image.
