3D Printing - how long is a piece of string

I was hoping someone could tell me how much it costs to get a 3D print done of a zbrush model, i know it depends on size quality colour etc, but if a few people could give me examples of stuff they have had done I would really appreciate it.

http://www.shapeways.com/ will allow you to upload models for free which will give you a good idea of the likely cost based on the materials they offer, though they don't offer wax right now unless things have changed since I last went there
