Hey guys. I have never tried somethign quite like this. Hope you like :) Modeled in cinema 4d and lots of photoshop work here :)

Method of operation or modus operandi :)
in other words which friggin buttons you press to get such a nice image :p.
Anyway I suppose you don's want to let out all your secrets, but some basic steps would be cool :)

well, i started off spline-modeling an abstract shape. then i applied 2 modifiers that separated the polygons and randomized it a bit. then, in photoshop, i so heavily modified the image that you can't even really see the 3d model i made anymore. what u see here is really my 3d model, a picture of some clouds, 3 fractals i made, inversion-duplication-overlays/subtractions and a ton of brushing to change color, transparency, and other stuff.
dunno how good of an explaination that was ;)

must say that i have seen much abstract image.. but this is the best one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
