What software are you using ?? I think its 3ds max. If its max then there are lots of materials along with maps for your model. Apply them with uvw mapping. If uvw mapping doesn't look good on some parts then unwrap those parts using uvw unwrap. But model a door first.

UVW mapping is basically taking off the wallpaper off all walls, laying it out on flat surface and painting over it; then stick it back to where it belongs.
for characters, imagine you skin the cat, lay it out on the floor, paint stripes, put skin back on. etc etc

* start with UVs
* start with 3dsmax tutorials

I would search through google and look at different images of the same structures in your scene. And as the the people have stated, UV unwrap the pieces and either use Photoshop to paint the textures (wood for the fence, metal on the watertower, ect.) put them into the material editor and apply them to the corresponding objects. One thing I noticed, did you model each individual shingle? You would be able to use a plane and texture the shingles in with a nice bump map. Just some advice. good luck!
