What is this?
First of all, wrong sub forum, this should be in the Texturing & Skinning Help.
Second: If you need help show us whats wrong, it makes our job much easier.

Aah i can see what the problem is here, what you do is, click the "Realistify" button in the 2ndairy render settings, just open ur max, open ur scene and press Alt-F4. Its pretty crash sensitive, so max might crash on you, but try it a couple of times, once you have that screen you scroll down and at the bottom right next to the "0nouddnt sampling" u can find it.

can i know ??
What do you want to know?
If you want decent help, you have to post pictures, that describes your problem.
pictures of, the model, textures, wires, renders etc.
Theres not much we can do without it.

You will have to unwrap your model in order to be able to paint/compose an adequate texture map. Search tutorials about model unwrapping. It's not something you learn from one day to the other but any day is good time to start.
