I'm still trying to figure it out but I think this maybe an ok start.

I decided to lose the horns I think its taking the character in the wrong direction so I decide to redesign the head.

Looks cool, not sold on the three arms thing, but we'll see how it works in 3d. Head and right arm are definitely cool tho.
