Ok, slight brief and a small image to show what I'm going for in detail.

After the years of war and turmoils, after the dust settled, rose to war, then settled again, heroes and those who gave their lives in the past wars had become forgotten. An ancient force's heart was filled with hatred and disdain for those who easily tossed the merit of these hero's action to forgotten pasts.

From the bowls of the earth, it gathered the fallen heroes to it's aid, made them stronger. United. As one. When enough war had come and gone, when enough fallen heroes were gathered under the entity's influence, it burst through the crust of the forsaken earth, shattering long dead buildings and rupturing the physical vessel of the very planet.

Now, with an ideal of destroying those who would forget the honor of those past, it has grown too large and must constantly gather more souls to its cause.

I will have a silhouette concept out by tonight, just tossed this together while I was here at work for now. This image (and sorry for the camera upload) is a close up shot of the god's eye. I wanted to do something similar for the mini war, but it is going to take a lot of good tri management and a ****ing serious effort.

Good luck everyone!!!

Ok, so this is the general outline, but it will be made of bodies and bits of war machinery picked up by the mass. I will have a more intricate design as I go.

In case anyone was wondering how I was going to tackle this, I plan on modelling the unique parts (including the bodies) then placing them on the mesh made based on this design here. Eh, you'll have to wait and see. The real pain will be getting it to look good in low poly...

Yeah you'll quickly get a lot of poly using differents parts, won't be easy.

You could also work onto an already hight detailed surface (last sketch one) and then push the body volumes out, then go details on those (using different body brush on Zbrush?).

Keep it up!

I'm actually going to start the base mesh tonight then make a handful of body brushes to cover the surface with then move the more detailed objects into the scene and then retopo.

I might have a sketch up tonight with better insight of the final goal.

BTW: Washka, you make my eyes orgasm with your art.
