Interesting man! Clean a bit, shade, specular, add details.
Use more beast references. (Snake, lion, bear, reptile...)
I had done some snake one (old sketch) somes years ago, if I found it I'll post it for your inspiration.

Its a cool head shape, reminds me of some of those prehistoric giant fish. The head reads to me as very serpentine, tho I could also see it working for a tortoise like creature as well, spider, I'm not so sure about.

The best thing for you to do right now would be make a solid black version of your head, scale it down, paste a bunch of copies all over the page, and just start sketching bodies until find a direction you want to go, then concentrate on detailing that up.

I think the first and third ones in the bottom row are probably the most promising. I kinda like the long neck on the second in the bottom row, but I'm not really sure I'm feeling the body, could be worth exploring a more turtle like body, with the long craned neck [look up the Galapagos tortoises, they've got crazy long necks].

I think you could probably explore things some more. Maybe using the first three in the second row as a jumping off point.

Have you heard of/tried Alchemy (http://al.chemy.org/)?

Well the point of alchemy for many people isnt to get a shape you want, if you know a shape you want just draw it in photoshop. Alchemy is used more for tossing down quick shapes and pieces onto a canvas then trying to discern a form or figure or something interesting from whats thrown down and then taken into photoshop and then refined into a shape you want. At least thats what I gather from using it.

First or exploring a more turtle like body, with the long craned neck too.

I would suggest 3rd on second row. Explore that one.

Haha, ya, you're coming at it from the wrong angle, its not so much about making the shapes you want, as it is making something you didn't expect, but with a really interesting shape, then refining that thru conventional means until its something usable.

Alchemy is for idea generation and exploration, as such 90% of what you get out of it may well be completely nonsensical, its that 10% that takes your work in an interesting direction that matters. As pockets said, if you know what shape you want, you don't need to be using alchemy. Its best for when you don't know what shape you want or what direction you want to go, which seemed to be the place you were at a day or so ago.

The only real advice I can offer for you with regards to Alchemy, is to play with it some more, its an odd animal. If you really can't get comfortable with it, then you'll have to stick with conventional methods.

I do have one interesting suggestion for you tho, how about a turtle caterpillar? A series of turtle shells, each maybe with two legs instead of 4, head at one end, tail at the other. Be a bit of a trick sorting out the joint between shells, but could be an interesting design.

Now you're gettin' the hang of Alchemy.

Ya, bottom right definitely has a cool look and feel to it. I'm also kinda liking the middle one, looks sort of like a twin-gods kind of thing.

Loving six, from left to right un up to down. The blue/purple one. If I'm not wrong is something like a guy sitting on a throne? It has a shield and a weapon.

I haven't seen any character in thrones yet. Maybe because that would remind us of a King. Classical God also used to sit in thrones I believe.

Anyways, you'll make your choice and we are looking forward for it!

Bottom down too or mid left (I see some flying thing).
Go bigger size, and try to define more those, pushing out beast/god aspect.
Wehn you're fixed, go 3D.
