Amazing. You can clearly read the book titles on the top shelfs on the other side of the room. I wonder how big this picture is on the hard disk :).

Nukie, if the picture hasn't been compressed, then it should be about 110GB on disk :S (assuming 3 bytes per pixel :P). gross estimate as it's made from 3k images but still yikes :D

i think this all depends on the size of the room really - i know my living/sleeping/kids room (all in one) would be around 480 KB :p

They should definitely do this for great sites all over the world... Think of the possibility for cultural and architectural storage :)
