heres my entry just in nick of time
not much was done in process, just jumped into photoshop and created something with fills and selections.
text is all photoshop text.
for the hawk i traced a picture with pen tool then filled it with black, then i used some textured brushes to indicate a hawk. after that i masked it with circular marquee.
the blue ribbon too was created wit the pen tool.
working in more than 3k pixels took its toll on my machine ,otherwise i guess its a very short process.
