here is my orc but i think he isnt sceary at all, not finish thought but , t look like a teddy bear dont u think?

IMO he is looking a lot better now, you just need to fix his legs up. Bring them in >< a bit more, and fix up the middle of the boots a bit, then i think with a good texture he will look evil enough :)

Thorgrim, that wouldnt do anything, that would be done in anims. the position characters are normally in is that so the legs are attached and faces straight so animation is easier.

looks much better now maybe add a lil more detail to his feet and ankel area :p

SniperMaster: perhapse i should have been more specific, I should have realy said bring the knees closer together, and the legs close together at the hips.
It is better in the last shot, but I still think the legs are a little too far apart at the waist. This could be fixed when animating... but if it was me, I would do it before texturing to avoid the possibility of streching etc.
Looking good though :)

Looks great now mate... the blue hmmm :) If I were you I would de-saturate it alot more...... it looks too bright blue there ... ya know?? if you gave it a pailer look it would be more convincing as skin...

try adjusting the saturation in whatever paint editor you use.
