Is there an MD2 importer/exporter for Max(R3, R4 or R5, pref R5) and if so does nebody know where i can get it?

i also have to work with a md2 format and its my first time, you must download the program Qtip, then when you figure it out tell me how it work, its easy but i havent had time to use it, still on modeling stage, if yuo cant get it, just send me a reply
