Here is a model of Gir for Unreal 2003. Its modelled, rigged, textured, now for the animations :(, the worst part of a custom Ut2003 character.
I'm going to fix the mouth and round it a little.
Expect for Invader Zim Characters coming soon. Expect Dog Gir and Zim.
I'll put the tri's next time. I'm tired so i'll just show it and see what ya'll think about it.
Question------>Should he be short? Like in the show? Or Tall? To match other players?

I'd say that in a FPS no character model should give an advantage over any other, so he should be tall to match the other characters - even if he were short, but had a tall bounding box for collision detection (as I've seen some characters do in other games) he'd be harder to spot.

short definitly. Because you can tell hes meant to be small. If he was tall, it would ruin it.
Thats my opinion.
But it looks like a good model..the skins plain..but its meant to be, so thats ok.
I don't think that I'll put it in, because like Trappist Funk said, its not fair.

how many polys is it? cause it looks like the head could use some more to amke it smoother/rounder
and the tex arent that good atm
i think that a gir in dog suit with the hood open would be best to make
aswell as invader zim normal

The Whitecoats are the best. Funny lookin. How would one of those holographic flying things look like...hm
I'll fool with the textures more. I might just end up making all the characters, but not putting them in anything, but just having for show. I might make game with them later on...who knows.
GIR = 2080 Tris (I tried to keep him as low as I could.)

you should also make all the different expressions using skins
like gir happy and sad and insane etc mad
He should definately be small like snipermaster said earlier, maybee make his regular walk cycle him just flying around on a rocket pack, and when he ducks and walks he is just walking regularly ???
I dunno......Thats what i would do :/

Hey, Goj, cool character! Very simple but it has got all it needs.
I too would go for a short version. Hope you're going to post some animations later.
Good idea Holo. I think i'll do that. When he is standing up, he is flying and when he ducks, he stops flying. That will solve the problem, and also speed up the animation process.
TyKeil -- I'll do some of that. I have a version with his tongue sticking out. :D

Next thing is how can I do the jet exaust, or do i just do that using the Unreal Scripting?
