nice to see it progressing. as for printing thin areas - try to consider a pose that would require less free space betvien body and hands and as allready mentioned - merge finger leaving only bumps...

Looks good man, I think the hands need a bit more meat on them because they look flat. Also think about how the upper arms would work looks like there’s too much going on around the arm pit area....

freeze transformation or set/assume skin pose, both pretty much do the same thing. Skin pose will keep your animation intact assuming you have any.
