I've noticed that on all your rims you have an unwelded vertices and the holes are not perfectly rounded. I'm not sure if it is the design you want...

But you must tweek your tyres. Try to not use turbo smooth or mesh smooth. In my case, i usualy use smooth modifier. It avoid to smooth all the tyre.

I agree with ansh0488.
The Tire Treads looks like Tires for offroad.
Create/Bake your Highpoly Mesh to Displacement map with some Displacement tweaking should do a better job.
But i like your Car...

tire treads are not looking good. Don't stress it for now, put your hard work in perfecting the body, and other parts. Can do tire treads through displacement.
