Dynamesh makes the mesh kind of out of a box...
Dynamesh makes the mesh kind of out of a box shape, so you will always have the same edge flow whatever resolution you use, so no way to do that unfortunately... You'll have to do a retop ;)

Looking good guys. Quick pointer to Needse though: the scratches look painted on with a round brush at a couple of places, you should go over it and scratch it up with a custom brush/texture :)
