Here's my second entry.

Bottle, glass and fluid made with revolved splines.
Foam is just a modified cylinder.
The ugly water droplets are just a sphere scattered over the bottle and glass surface.
The bubbles are a PFlow source with a nice shiny material

The labels are just copied faces from the bottle, shelled, then FFD'd!
