Hehehe, don't dive too deep into it though, it's just a bad pun.

But: Here's a concept sketch of my monster.

I'm calling it Heubert.

startiiiiiiiiing now!

Oh, how does this work btw?

Do we have to sculpt it in a certain timeframe, or do we just have the deadline ?

EDIT- And here's a rough preliminary. About an hour. Still helluvalot messy but hey, sue me.

Tomorrow, I'll make some legs and the mouth tentacle things, but now: sleep!

Looks like I+m gonna have to retopo+bake or find a way to make a decent render out of ZBrush but:

IT'S GOOT LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEGS!!!

contemplating whether it's too many, it's kind of in the whole flurry of mess area.

Creepy indeed you could do away with some of the legs, but keep the overall volume for the cluster, keep it up.

I'll see what I do.

But for now, a small update. Started fleshing out the face.

Like the legs, it makes it creepy (+1), clean a bit and integrate those (try find a balance in but with a lot of those). KIU

Nice!! Pretty creepy! I loved the legs and how the face is going, but I'm not sure about the "behind", it looks unsolved.

An hour here, an hour there.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Waska : yes! It is a bit of a flurry of noise. I'm also wondering if this is the shape I want to go on.. I shall contemplate on this!

CelT0 : yes, I agree.

I'll probably do some sketches over the weekend.

Thanks dude.

I worked on the body a bit more, and am calling it 90% done for now. A little bit of cleanup is needed I guess, but I'm pretty much OK with it. Changed the temporal area a bit. The idea is that these are sacks filled with the beasts organs (I'm thinking the lungs). Lessened the leg count, without damaging it's freakiness, oh, and now i's got some sorts of manbiles, instead of that fugly cheekbone teeth thing.

Next stop -> the tentacles and the second set of eyes.

I will texture it eventually, but dunno if I have the time for it before the deadline.
