iBooks, sync or manually add it to your books section of both iPhone or iPad, then after sync it's under collections.... it's brilliant i've got 3D Creative & 2D Artist on there too and some tutorials, the best way to read them imo.
Make sure you add all the PDF's to your iTunes library first and don't move them from whatever folder you choose or you'll have to relocate them all. Here's a screenshot taken from my iPad, just a few of the magazines i'm reading at the moment, not all of them.
