Arm Hair and Neck Hair??

Does anyone have a good tutorial or tips on creating arm and neck hair. I am referring to hair that is visible OFF of the skin. (Not a Texture Map)

use a hair plugin and be prepared to wait a long time for renders

Use the built in one. you won't need any ninja controls
