ah...

somethings i just noted...

the stairs u have modelled a too small....if u are going case sensitive witht he reference.....and, i wud suggest not to use area shadows at this point but to have the light is such a gradient that it gives long, spreading shadows....

there is a bit of bump and scratch on the wall...if u want to have a bump map for that....it wont be that good...i wud like that to be modelled....

its going pretty cool.....i just cant wait to see how u paint the floor texture!

see ya !

Wow! It's very close to the original picture. I love the buildings you made for the background.

I guess you're going to add some specularity to the floor texture?

I hope you dont mind me drawing on your pic but theres only one thing I found that I dont like...and maybe you did this on purpose But I dont know...I circled everything in red what Im talking about...if you look at the refernce on the left the portion I circled in red doesnt look like the portion I circled on your actual model. The black square is how it should be on your left side only better in detail...lol Now Im not saying you Have to make that space...just a suggestion if you are wanting to make your model just like the refernce.

thanx for such a nice feedback Bullethead
i know that my modeling doesnt match the photo...
but thats not what i was aiming for... its a pure GI Scene (lights & shadows)

anyways: i rendered 2 scenes... one is grey and other is color
lemme know which one do you folks like better?
i prefer the grey better

Color:
