Hey i am working my way through the rigging 101 tutorial and i come across the words point helper and im totally lost can anyone tell me what this is and how do i use it in 3ds max 7 thanks for any help.

you can find a point helper on the creation panel, under helpers. check the help files, I'm sure it gives you the necessary information.
