New member here... a few finished 3d work!
Hi!
I'm a new here. Come from Helsinki, Finland. I'm sorry I haven't much time to introduce myself at the moment - maybe I do it later - but I want to show you a few 3d artwork I have done lately to my own purposes out of jobs. So here they are: The blueness: The mercenary (an elvish type): There are some points that I'm not pleased with. But... but... say something. What do you like or dont like... feedback is welcome. Thanks and see you around the forums. - Juha |

That is one funky looking ear (even as an elf). The model is nice so it would be worth it to go back and rework the ear...here is a good head tutorial...check out the part where he creates the ear...

I like the first pic, but you do need to fix that ear on the second. It isn't close enough to an elvish ear for someone to think that. Instead they would just think you made a bad human ear.

hi amd welcome to the forums...
aggreed on the ear comments, so i'll concentrate on the first image. The lights need a little adjustment - there is no obvious effect from them on the ground - maybe adjust the fall off distance slightly, i think the pathway texture needs redoing as well, the blocks seem to big and the texture appears to be breaking up. Look forward to seeing more of your stuff on here Andy |
