Triggerfish hiring for CG film
Cape Town-based Triggerfish Animation Studio is expanding its team for the production of "Zambezia", a pioneering CG animated feature to be produced in Africa.
The project has been in development for over a year and production is scheduled to begin March 2007, running through to September 2008. Our production pipeline will be Maya based, and we are urgently looking to fill a wide variety of positions to build up our team of skilled and passionate individuals. The following contract positions are available for applications: Production Line Producer Systems Administrator Training Manager Art Department Art Director Designer Storyboard Supervisor Storyboard Artist Animation Animation Director Lead Animator Animator Layout Artist Modelling Lead Character Modeller Lead Environment Modeller Modeller Surfacing Lead Texturer Texturer/Shader Rigging Lead Rigger Rigger Lighting Lighting Supervisor Lighting Artist Effects Lead FX Artist FX Artist Technical Technical Director CG programmer Compositing Compositor Render Render Manager Editing Editor We are also open to considering short term consultancy positions for very experienced individuals who may not need to be involved in the entire production timetable.
