I dub him the tin man!

wanna have a skull in there

short storyline:
burdened by his master's late death, he seeks revenge only to be infected by a spirit to drive his insanity. He carries his master's skull inside his chest and feeds of bio-fuel of human blood

wanna add some bullet marks, misc, and go overkill on weapons

Man, this is cool. Simple is the way to go....(loads rivets in the normal map tough)... You should check out a Japanese live action series called Giant Robo Mikazuki...It's got the coolest giant wind-up Tin Robot EVER (it's piloted by a lovely young girl and it even transforms!!!!)......

Loving it, looks great. A very original (in the context of the competition) entry! Maybe that door should be transparent, and you could see the skull inside, and maybe some cables flowing bio-fuel/blood attached to it?
