Ive just purchased both ebooks from your online store, and the paypal confirmation said that they will be sent to my house. The other two ebooks that i purchased were available for download, is this a new method or a store error, as i have recieved no download links.

If you purchased any downloadable products from our online shop, the link won't be sent to you automaticly but it will be sent manually by me to your email address within 24 hrs. So if you placed an order yesterday, I should see your order today and you should get the link very soon.

When you say 'I have just purchased both Ebooks' but you titled this thread 'Digital Art Masters', can you please tell me which products you exactly ordered? Ebook or Digital Art Masters Book?

If within 48 hrs, you haven't received an 'order confirmation' email (in case Digital Art Masters Book purchased), or the dowload link (if you ordered Ebook), please email me to tell who you are and the details of your order such as buyer name and email address, transaction ID etc. and then I will check and will sort it out for you immediately.

Good news! 60 boxes of Dital Art Masters Book - V2 has arrived to our office yesterday, which means we can ship it out to any of you who make an order today!!
