DWIII - 3D - Opul - Xanden
Hey guys, I'd like to participate in this war, but how far I physically go is another story...Either way I'm still going to give thing's a shot.
Now then, I've gone for a Clericon type of character, with possibly a Light/Holy type of weapon...Mainly cause I'm trying to base this character on a type of Priest for healing purposes etc...If that makes sense. What race...I'm not 100%, more than likely human or perhaps Elf kind? But that could change. So here are a few mock ups, very crude I know, I need to develop a way of "sketching" thing's, rather than trying to draw them with too much detail. ![]() **Edit** Well thanks to me having no scanner, I somehow have to get decent pictures onto my phone...Which isn't going to happen lets face it. So, sorry for the poor quality. Last edited by Opul; 18-02-2008 at 10:20 PM.. |

Rite, I'm kinda going off the idea for the hooded type clothing, as alot of the concepts seem to be coming out like that...
I'm now toying with the idea of doing an alien race class as well...here is a quick picture, still VERY far to go regarding design...as my body concepts are never any good, any help in that department will be appreciated. Another thing I'm considering is going from Clericon to the Stalker, so it's more of an assassin class ![]() Here we go: ![]() |

Question guys...
If I'm to take a picture on my phone of my drawings...Whats the best way to then make the lines stand out? Cause everytime I take a photo, the lines become really faded, is there anything in photoshop that I can use to make the lines more pronounced? Hence why my drawings look even more cruder than they are originally ![]() Thanks in advance. |

you could try modifying the contrast / brightness n photoshop, or the colour balance

Here is anew attempt...tried playing with the contrasts etc so the lines are more visable...
I think I'm trying to make my character more "flesh based"...as in not alot of armour. Critics are highly welcome, and a general point in the right direction would be useful ![]() ![]() |

New attempt
![]() Critics welcome...and wanted! Trying to think of "armour" I can put onto him...It's more of a skin tight suit type thing he's wearing...Well, that's how I'm going to attempt to perceive it. ![]() |

Any crits on the last post guys? Really need them...
I'm finding it hard to design something..Let alone model it =/ My trouble is designing the "Armour" parts mainly...I've been looking over the web for references etc, and I'm trying to get something along the lines of a predator type armor, so it's not too bulky. Just obviously not the predator armor detail for detail... Thanks. |
