Anyways, I've been messing around with the concept of having a character and a 'steed'. Hi all,
Like a said in my first post i was not very happy with what I had so I went back to the drawing board, and came up with a completely different concept. I think that this one has more potential, so hope that you like it. I have included a short story to help explain my design thoughts behind it. ![]() This concept is still WIP, I think in the end she will carry a sword (in her left hand) and a v small stone like object (the artifact) in her right. Hope that you like it. C and C welcome! Cheers Chris |

In a previous thread I saw a woman with wings...and of course a weapon. But the First concept...(Woman and Dreghorn is really) great. I would like to suggest you to work that. But its your choice...So wish you luck |

Hi kicksachi,
Thanks for your comments, I still like the idea of doing the dreghorn, I guess I was worried about the concept of it. I like the idea of the angel, but you have made me think more about which one would be better, might try and mix the two concepts. not sure. but thanks again. |

Hi all,
Decided to do a totally different concept from what I had, I just was not happy with the direction I was heading. So I have designed an Alien Stalker. The crystals in the suit allow him to become invisible, he has bat like ears for enhanced hearing and the agility of a cat. Hope that you like it. ![]() Comments and Crits welcome. Thats the one. I realy like this last concept.
Not sure what it is but I feel the staff isnt quite right for him as is, maybe something more like a bone shape or lacross type stick with one end a cup/catcher the other a bat/bone. Great work. |

That one is looking a lot better. Don't take me wrong but there are loads of angles variations entries already, would be tough to make it pop.

I agree with people above when I say this latest concept is to die for! Very awesome! I hope you run with it. Not only is it a good design but the choice of colours really help too.

Okay.. the concept is totally great!!! Nice armor design.
Work on the muscular proportions a bit. Did think of using DregHorn? I suggest bind the latest concept with DregHorn. It would produce a hunter style character. Great concepts so far... Keep it up. |

Hi all,
Thanks for all the replys, glad that you's like the concept Steamtrooper: I agree about the staff it needs more work, I think that I'll come back to that later and hopefull improve the design. Vitor: Thanks, I thought the same about the angel. Savagefluff: Thanks very much. kicksachi: Again Thanks, I think that I'm going to stick to the one character. I think that I'll make the dreghorn another time though. Cheers for the comments Chris |

Just incase anyone wants the zbrush shader that was used in this render, it was created by Fatmiri from the Zbrush forums and can be downloaded here. http://www.zbrushcentral.com/zbc/showthread.php?t=54307 cheers for taking the time to comment. Chris |
