Dominace War V - 3D - Zohar, God of Restoration - Astaroth
still have to decide a name, but i'm going for a god of restoration, still have to decide the size of him, if it should be tall like a human or big like a planet, btw, i think i'm going for something like this
![]() i really don't know how i should dress him, i'm starting to ask me things like "how a god would dress himself?" and "does a god really needs a dress?", and i really can't find an answer O_ò i'll think about it a little more :\ btw, he has an hourglass between his hands |

nice idea and looking great, especially like the spikey things around the waist!
Only suggestion, I would lose the shoulder pads, or try something different with them, they seem a bit too 'tank' for what is otherwise quite an elegant design in shape and form |

I think the new shoulder armor is a better fit size wise. I wonder if you couldn't simplify it further tho. What if it were just a half ring? Horizontal like the ones at his waist, without the spikes tho, or maybe two rings stacked on top of each other? You could carry that ring/half ring motif thru-out the rest of his design as well. I think it could give him a very elegant godly look.
I kinda like the first ones to be honest. L3x is completely right tho, they're a bit too much for the rest of the design, but I'd like to see you carry the nice curve you with them over to what ever you do for the new shoulder armor.

thanks warlock, i tried what you said, using some half ring, here is what has come out
![]() it's not bad but the design seem a little too weak this way to me, what do you think about it??? btw i think i'll use the half rings idea for the wings pads, remove that central part, and change a little the design, it should come out not so bad, and i will add some glowing stone instead of that too much mechanical look in the armor |

Yep, like the half rings better than the bulkier armor. I don't think it makes him look much weaker as it makes him look much more devious and clever.

ok, thanks for the comment, i've taken the ring desigh a little further, changed the lower half ring on the shoulder with two quarter rings, and added another one to follow the shape of the body, changed a little that crown too, i didn't like it as it was, here is the update
![]() let me know what you think about it, i still have to find a solution for the wings, just put up those two half ring, but it surely deserve something better |

More focus "to the head".
Keep it up.

do you say i should detail more the face, or should i setup the things so that the attention is more attracted to the face??? i'm not an expert in character design, just draw something for myself, if you have some hints i will gladly listen to you ^__^
