Angel of Death Character!!!!!

This is a a manga character I found reading "Monster collection" of Sei Itoh.

I thought that it was a character incredibly full of charisma
To my notice one of the fundamental points of this character is slightly his strange anatomy...
In fact it has the narrow life and the wide sides decidedly that confer him a that of slightly effeminate
Nevertheless the muscles decidedly in show it makes him/it decidedly masculine as it shows up....
Being in theory the angels without sex I believe that to reach a conception of grace and elegance they would have to have the characteristics of this character...

This is the image....

This is what I have realized in the little time that during my vacations I am devoting at 3d o'clock.... I have tried of to also maintain the anatomy non too manga style emphasizing the aspects first quoted... Many details are still from to treat as the muscles of the legs and those of the ribs The materials are still from to define and these serve to furnish an idea only.....
Nevertheless I don't want to recreate the same character for point but I want to create a most human character and with some different characteristics.......
for example the protection of the elbows I don't like that seems + 1400 Spanish armor that not that of an angel.....in fact while the rest of the armor is following the muscles of the body a lot that piece it decidedly....

I'm sorry for mine bad English

i have to agree with rubberduck, he looks a little too built up and strong
if you tone it down just a little the armor will be perfect
great job

I'm glad you liked my work, you're doing some neat stuff too. But for details of ornament I would use textures with bump map, it would save you a lot of rendering time.
I'm anxiouse to see the entire character. Keep it up!

For the detail of the armor I would definately use bump maps, like Avatar said it will reduce the render time significantly

I'm not good at texturing and i think model some detail is a short way then texture an object.....

Fortunatly the time-render is very short.........for this time......

Have retouched the materials slightly to make the more dark armor slightly!
I hope for to have eliminated the effect paper aluminum typical of the metallic materials... even if for the final renders I will use a motor of rendering as brazil or vray.....

I have retouched the legs to level of the thigh I would not like to make him/it too much rich of accessories from to seem in Baroque style.....

Do you think that the zone of the thighs has to be similar to that of the tibias or it goes better as it is or more sober?

In every case all the comments are well you accept.......

Considering that Avatar has good taste decidedly and knows how to confer a lot of charisma to his/her sketches I ask him directly thing it suggests.....

That looks so badass, man. You're doing great! For that matter, your stuff has inspired me on something I've been idly working on.
