I love the skin tones, the shading on the last piece of the female portrait. Definitely a nice piece, just keep pushing further, Im sure it will turn out a better piece

I'm happy to see some armor I can use it for sample because I practice drawing of metal surfaces. And the girl with the headset is great! So soft face.

Last one: Black is cool but I would lighten (or color) a bit some zones, especially the big left flat black zone (the flame light it a bit too). Right specular light could also touch the head of the down guy on the right (the one pointed by the sword).
Interesting and original lightning, I don't know why but it reminds me Avatar, care with the posing.
I've seen your ititial sketch and you've lost a lot on the shading process.
