New to your world, and need your addvice.

I am new to the 3D world, and hate to admit the computer age also. I picked up my first computer when I enrolled into school alittle over a year ago. I'm currently enrolled in a 2 year school and I'm majoring in animation. Altought I really injoy modeling and hope to learn every fasit of the the 3D world.

These's are some head shots of my first attempt to moldel a 3D character. I know it's going to need alot of work, but I am unsure what to look for.

If anyone can please help me, I need some suggestions on what needs to be improved.
