Rigging problems

Ok, so ive been working on this for days now, and whatever I do a new problem seems to come up. will u guys have a look for me?

You just need to adjust those envelopes (I suppose). Looks like some part is too rigid now. If you need more spesific information you should tell what software youre using etc..

ah. hehe. sorry forgot to add that in. Im using 3dsmax6 and the default bones system.

One thing you can do is painting weights on the skin- modifier. Choose "envelopes", "paint weight", as below, and the "..."-button opens the brush options for controling the brushsize and strength etc...

Another problem is maybe you do not have enough polies under the armpit. If thats the case try slicing some vertices on the arm's joint to the body on the mesh.
