It's great even if the bridge texture makes it look to be made of one big metal piece.that's it's only problem...what the...?...flames?! here?...oh yeah i forgot: i'm jealous because i can't make realist outdoor scenes

Modelling and texturing look great, but I get the feeling there's a little too much ambient light. If the shadows on the stone walls under the bridge were a little darker, I think you would get a beter sense of depth.

I'd try dropping the diffusion on all your textures - or increasing the saturation of your background image - the bridge although rusty still looks a bit too smooth to me and the stone texture under the bridge looks as though it's pixellating quite badly - it would benefit from being scaled down as the stone blocks look awfully large compared to the others in the bridge.
Nice image though - just could benefit from a few tweaks Andy |

Good image. I'm a bridge buff myself. Even helped to build a few in my time. The angle of the stone walls underneath the bridge is what catches my eye. They dont appear to be at 90 degrees to the bridge structure and stone column support. It seems too that the column for the opposite side should be visable. A little light penetration from the opposite side under it may also help a bit. Keep up the goog work

Nice image.
I think that the edges maybe could be more rusty (stones and metals). And remember: where the sun hits with light is different that where there is in shadows. For example, the color of the metal is pale because the sunlight affects directly the paint. You could add some irregularity, so the things won't be so predictable. ![]()

That looks really good. Only two things bug me: the rocks in the center on the post and the roof of the house look kind of strange.

This scene has an impressionist tinge, all pastel tones, European Summer lighting. Perhaps a little contrast on the shadows underneath the bridge would help make it more realistic.

Nice picture, keep going. There is something bugging me though, is there suposta be another set of pillers and bridge support on the other side of the bridge. I didnt see any.
Just a thought.
