help with Eva

Hello!

I bought part 1, the Eva Wild Series: Female Character Creation.

Everything in it seem great, but I have a problem. When I open up the Starter_01.max file the images of Eva is somewhat "blurry" and the edges are "pointy" and when looking at your movies it shows a much better "resolution". Here is what it looks like:

Can it be some setting in 3dsmax that does that? or is it maybe my graphic card? It´s hard to start model when it looks like that

Any idea what to do?
