Virus in the gallery image showing windows!?

Yes.. My virus protection poped up at the moment I opened a window in
the 3Dtotal gallery, to view an image full-size!
It had found a virus, lucily it got deleted right away
I couldn't believe that 3Dtotal had a virus, so just to be sure I checked again..
Same thing happend!

The messenge I get is:

Malicious code found in file C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ARNE\LOKALE INNSTILLINGER\TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES\CONTENT.IE5\HLK2V71D\163[1].JS.
Infection: HTML/IFrame@expl
Action: The file was deleted.

It's a .js file! ...

Just wanted to let you know
Fix it!!! please!!!
