Wow - no comments? I think it looks great. Can't wait to see some wires and texturing.

I think the model's well made, though you could add another iteration to the main body, because I can see the edges around the wheels.

Woudln't the tank be larger a bit, because that reference man can barely fit in it.

That thing is heavy! Give the tires some bulge at the bottom. Good job so far!

hey that are cool models. I couldnt open your referencepic. but what i think is that the tires should be (viewed from the front) more rectangular instead of oval. if you compare bycicle wheels some are very oval others are rectangular. rectangular for grip oval for speed. it just feels like the tire of a motorbike instead of a monstertrucks.
i dont know if that made any sence?

Both maya and my internet crashed yesterday
Tires will get some bulge and a little rectangularity aswell i think A friend did the current ones as placeholders (so yes, you made sense Ash )
Didnt get time to fix the wire since maya crashed, and im going away on a roadtrip today, but i hope to have fixed it by then... *within 3h*

aaand im way late with the wire... but I've changed my mind, gonna work more on it before I show it to you... the wire aint anything fancy yet, and I know what to do with it...
I shall however upload another image, of an AK47, which is part of the same project im making the BRDM for
Im doing the models first, as we (myes, group project) need as much as possible to make a pre-viz asap..
Gonna do a Mi-24 Hind rather basic now..!

Will and can! thx for the comment =)
Lighting is a bit scary so far... burns out the textures... gonna do a simpler lightsetup later me think

OH and what is the best way to make dirt show? the sides are reeally muddy, but it doesnt show up too well in the renders..

Hey, i'm also in this project and i got permission to post some more models for our scenes

so, this is a soldier, he's gonna be a bit from the camera so he's not the most detailed character. i've started to UV-map him, only the clothes left now. because he's not going to be too close to the cam, i'm just making one texture map for him, might save us some rendertime.
