if U read "Speedpainting Challenge Rules" U can find info. about time limit ... i think it's OK

...as for rules - ok - i read them ...and thatz ..................sad

(why it is sad? ...cuz skill comes with a pressure ...anyone can be taught to speedpaint anythng ...but not anyone cld force himself to reach that awesome skill if limits of the competition are so damn long .........environment shld be <=1hour ...char shld be <=30min)
