Awesome, really awesome! Right now I´m working on a similar object so I can imagine how much work and effort you did put into it. I would maybe try to smooth the bump map just a little bit, because the pores are a tad too sharp/rough - especially a skin this young looks very, very smooth.
Great hairs, great eyes, great shader, great work! Thanks for sharing.
