SMC M#01 - Levartho - Legendary Weapon - Death's Scythe

Here is my design that I have drawn up:

To me there is no weapon more feared than Death's Scythe which gives the most final wound of all. I should be starting on modeling sometime this afternoon or tonight (have to bring a whole lot of firewood inside and split it) It'll be quite a challenge and I'm really looking forward to it.

After a discussion with my brother about color choices it seems I am quite divided on what to do, here are my two options.

Is there any reason why all the brown must be the same tone? Perhaps you could mix around the colours, choosing one tone for the handle straps and one for the piece on the blade. In either case you have an Excellent looking model so far.

I felt that if I changed them apart too much would be going on with the colors, but I'm still going to see if I can work something out with it. And thank you

Same haha, but my brother insisted that the red was too 'gaudy', however in comparison the yellow makes the scythe almost seem benign despite the menacing blade which is something I don't want.
