Stealing your polygons!

Polys are looking really dense in the face, particularly around the mouth, but its early set, so carry on. Really digging the style of the face and head gear.

Yeah the face is rad, but dense compared to everything else.

not having a concept to work from is killing me on this one. jumping back and forth, this could take awhile. Will go back when I'm happy with everything to clean up the mesh.(face)

Is that a triangle I see there...shame on you. Have you tried just doing paintovers to get some ideas out; not a revelation but it's an idea.

I feel you on the "not having a concept to work from" it's a pain. The Torso is looking good though.

A really nice start. Although the cartoon aesthetic that you've got in the face is making me think that the waist and legs should be smaller, and the shoulders broader (ala Mr Incredible).

There are a lot of videos in youtube.com that give you an idea more or less & some go quite into detail on making cloth (on Zbrush). For muscles I like using the "Clay Tubes Brush" to get the form and smooth them out once I got the shape I want, also don't go all crazy and subdivide the mesh too fast, build upon it layer by layer until you get the desired volume.
