Hello,
I will have more info for Kronos as soon as I get some concepts going. He should be big, strong, and one mean looking dude. He will be a fantasy character with a huge powerful weapon. Thanks!

Sorry haven't been updating and stuff. Been really busy, but right now I'm coming back with a vengeance and I'm working as fast as I can. Here is a quick look of my slayer head and body.
I'm not done with the muscle structures and proportions just yet. I just wanted to get started on the costume and other stuff, then get back to fixing and detailing. The way I see it, some of him will be covered with armor and stuff so I dont really need to get too detailed in certain places. Hopefully I will get all high poly work done by Friday and everything else by the deadline. I'm also designing and concepting on the fly to save some time so please come back again for future updates. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Te head is really great. the body looks pretty good as well if your going for the comic book action hero proportions. Can't wait to see more.

Thanks!
Lampshadehead: Thanks for your kind words. The head and body are still just a first pass. I'd like to eventually get them more realistic and less comic style. Hopefully I can achieve this within the next few days.
Here is a rough concept of the body. Please note that I will add a dragon skull shoulder pad on his right shoulder later on. My theme is basically dragon slayer. He started out with a regular outfit then adds bones and parts f his kills to his armor to make him appear more rough and tough.

Thanks guys!
Thanks for you comments Martin and Chris. Here is a update on my forearm. I think I'm happy with it for now so I'll save the detailing for Zbrush. Next will be Boots and knee pads.

Boots and knee pad updates
Here's the boots. Basic shapes and design. read for detail pass in Zbrush. Will post more updates later on tonight. I'm trying to get as much done as possible before Thanksgiving. I'm going to be out of town 3 days so I'm not sure if I can finish in time. Wish me luck!! Thanks!

the bones and horns add a nice level of detail. Make sure you get this done, in time.

More updates!
Ok so I busted my butt all day today and got allot done. Only thing left is the Dragon skull shoulder pad for the high poly modeling. Then it all goes into Zbrush for the detail pass.
Also I'm not too sure about his underwear and Loin cloth. You guys think it'll look better with like a furry style undies and no cloth at all? That is more of a traditional look with barbarian type character. Thanks for your support!

Started Zbrushing
Well got started in Zbrush. Going well, but not sure if I'm going to be able to finish in time. Will not be home Thursday - Sat, bummer. I'm still shooting to finish Sunday though. I'm not going to do too much details in Zbrush. Hopefully this will save some time.

Hey Lampshade, thanks for the encouragements. Unfortunately I wont be able to finish on time for the competition. I was out of town for 3 straight days for Thanksgiving...family thing, couldn't skip it.
I will re-post this character in the Real Time/ Low Poly Art section if anyone is interested in seeing my character through. Good luck to all you guys in this competition.
