Nsw - The Coming of the Ice - Human Colony

Hi!
Here is my first concept: humanity was forced to leave the Earth and settled on a giant gaseous planet inside fliying cities. Unfortunately it was impossible to obtain energy enough, so one of the icy moons had to be colonized: the strong magnetic field of the moon now provides a good amount of energy, that is captured by huge facilities on the ice surface and send to the main planet through powerful laser rays.
A problem is the population of blind giant flying creatures that sometimes crash on the human structures.

here is some sketches and a first part of the 3d stuff: I've matched the perspective and I'm modelling the structures.
I think I'm going to use a simple uniform texture, and paint details.

I'm sorry but due to work\university problems I don't have the time to finish my project in a decent way. So, see you next month
