Advise with modelling and animating

Hello everyone!
I`ve decided to do a gift (as you`ve correctly guessed CG one). This is serious and not funny in any way.

What i want to do is to make an animation of a female character that appears on screen and does everything it was supposed to do during animation.
The main problem that i have no idea how to do this on the screen, without any borders of audio/video player. Closest approximate EXAMPLE is VHGD aka VirtuaGirl player - girls walk on your screen without any border of the player.

I`m sick of figuring out how to make this possible, i`ve tried to find answer for 2 weeks already so if anyone can advise something - you are welcome.

Working enivroment:
-3dsmax 2012 (Modelling/Animating)
-Photoshop CS 5 (textures)
-After Effects CS 5.5 (special effects)
-Adobe Audacity 1.3 (voicing)
w
Thank you for your time and effort.

Borderless windows are going to require some programming skills as you need to create an app that has no border and then run the animation (with transparency) in the windowless application

Hello Perversonality!
Thank you for answer in the 1st place. I`m a programmer and it is my 1st time doing such "advisor" from standard animation, so i look for a harmless way to harness C# power to perform that.

Now going to look for a proper way to implement all this.... (Borderless window is still window after all, that`s the negative part! )

cant you put the animation into something like unreal ed and save it out as a .exe file then it would play full screen (or not?)

Hello needse!

I had some ideas to make out with Unreal Engine 3.5 but that is just a bit harder than the way i found:

The way to do this in HQ as i want with all effects is:

1) Do animations
2) Piece by piece convert to .avi files
3) Use command for window transparency.
furthermore, i wanted advisor to react to it`s own movement.
For example advisor from time to time will ask you (voice) what you want to do from he can do. Then advisor lifts a hand in the air and near every finger (spectacularly, like exiting from portal) buttons began to appear. User can use them to perform certain actions like printing the document, editing tables in database... (all work actions) or just chat, change cloth, say joke... ect.

This is where the pain begins, you have to crack .AVI file and search certain key frames and bind them to events of button appearance and so on.
Or i just implement a neural network and tell it (via sleepless hours of coding) to track certain movements of the advisor and bind them to actions. So...

4) Do neural network
5) Learn it to find movements (like raising hand in the air)
6) Tag them
7) Make events responsible for button creation, animation and functionality
8) Hardest - debugging and error elimination.

This is what i want to do and going to do in 3 months
