@ eydi - Thanks so much!!! I'm still waiting that the video will be released. The thing is that the video is for a game I'm working on and I have to wait until its on air. Sorry:/
@ Martin - Thanks a bunch my friend. (kein Thema Sag Bescheid) Cheers@ ignacio - Thank you!! Sure thing - just drop me a line and I'll have a look at it Well - its a sort of work in progress. To be honest - the color and mood changes a lot. I work a lot with color balance and a bunch of layer (set to soft light) where I use a lot of soft round gradients. Another important part is to keep a high warm / cold contrast. Try to find some complementary colors they fit together. For highlights I just pick the color and move the color picker to a more greyish and brighter tone. I hope to be able to do a video / screen cap for that one soon. No worries about many questions - ask what ever you want to know. Cheers@ paulius-st - Thanks again my friend!!! Yeah - leaves and birds are awesome I'll hurry up for your wallpaper LOL!!! You really have to talk to your wife (no worry - I know that pretty well ). Thanks for doing the cover for me - know I have to hurry up on my book as well. But I'll start soon!!!!! Take care![]() @ xxxcubanxxx - Thanks a lot, mate. For sure - you'll get more ![]() @ Fynn - Thanks for liking my stuff! Much appreciated. I'll have a quick chat today with the guys - maybe I'll get some more information and will keep you guys and gals in the loop. Hope thats OK. @ eydi - Thanks again and stay tuned ![]() Stuff from yesterday - trying to get used to a more Matte Paintinng style. Still a long way to go - but a lot of fun. Maybe more will follow. Thanks for watching and C&C are welcome! |

The two latest look great!
With the second though I think some things, like the shrub on the buildings and the formations of the birds could have done with a bit more work. I also really liked the lightning around the main character but I think you could have pushed the lightning in a similar fashion for the glowing girl, or whatever it is ![]()

I like how easy with what looks like a simple, and few, set of strokes you capture the mood and pose of your characters. One really puts itself in their place and makes you fell you are also there watching. I like this last one. Will we one day see his face

@ Hulahuga - Thanks a bunch, mate! Yeah - it need a bit more of time. But it was just a test - playing with the "Matte" idea and combining it with my normal technique. Maybe I'll get back to it someday
![]() @ Greenhouse - Thanks a lot!!!! @ ignacio - Thanks again my friend. Well - not sure about his face. You're sure you want to see that ugly dudes face Maybe I'll give it a shot - but than I have to get better at char designs (will take a while). Cheers!@ eydi - Thank you!! Really glad you like it!! Some practicing… I think I'll add something to the foreground - not sure what it will be… |

wow. a nice new landscape
. dont know about any cute or nice storie in the picture but it reminds me more of the movie "independence day" with those flying ship buidings. thats what i would do if i knew how to draw: i would discard these flying buildings and made one big building thats taller than other ones and made it the main focal point of the citie. than i would make the whole city a darker area and made some kind of yellow'ish road from left side to the city and this little boy would follow it. it would be a diferent angle of the all known story "wizard of oz" and all who would look at it would recognise the story and get the idea of diferent point of wiev. but that only my opinion ![]() |

I don't know if you ever organized an expo with these works malo but I think you should print them at least in A3 format and organize an expo with them and maybe call it "Lessons in solitude". Awesome stuff.
