Ya, I have so much trouble with godaddy...
you must have a full HD screen to see it correctly. what is the resolution of you screen, i'll try to fix it!

My resolution was 1680x1050...but it's not that important. It should work correctly on any resolution.

Your problem is the code, make sure the header and back ground image are set to different layers with a <div> tag. That's the simplest solution.
