inveni0, I can't see it man. I guess its a matter of perspective. Or maybe I have a lazy eye and its normal to me.
 washka - still learning about colors so ti will be a while until this will become second nature.

Another woman ranger with wolf commission. Another client and another character but it was kind of an amusing coincidence it came just before I finished Sabriel.

ur lighting seems pale especially natural light and sometimes the strokes are visible in certain enviroments where it kills realism.
but ur colors are top notch when u r filling in lines though painting dynamics needs more polishing. i think u should make value studies a habit to get ur blending on par wth ur illustration skills. |

Thank you both for your input guys. The commissions were already given to the clients when I post them (on of my policies is that the client sees it first unless otherwise specified) but your perspective is noted and highly appreciated.

The color palette is very pleasant. The figure is shading well but I can't say I like the wolf - looks too smudged and undetailed but it is near us

I needed to keep the focus on the main character. The wolf is at best a secondary character, more like a "prop" character honestly.
