Yup, shouldn't be too hard to clean up the envelopes for the tail and work on the reigns. Looks great.

just the product sales

Looks awesome, nice and smooth. Any chance we'll see a walk animation soon? What's your 'to do' list. Would be awesome to get some input about your workflow for some of us still working on rigs.

walk cycle not just yet mate gonna have some problems with that i think but thats not a bad thing. i if can find some horse mocap i will use that and clean it up for my needs

as for work flow mate my imaginary list immense as im doing things on my own at the moment
im gonna finish this rig then start writing one up getting organized.( i know i should have one already lol )

as for rig workflow im learning my self as well mate. just making it up as i go along lol.
this is like my second character rig. i will be rigging another character soon with facial stuff going on so i will record my workflow and post it on u tube to help peeps get the basic's

I don't think there's a wrong way to rig. It's all about final product. (of course someone should correct me if i'm wrong...) Yours looks so clean though and i like the controllers you have that are cear as to what they are for and easily accessible.

Looking forward to those you tube posts. Should be enlightening.
