Here's some suggestions from JAPO;

I mostly look for tutorials on case to case basis, so I do not have a favourite site besides 3DTotal.

But there is one tutorial I found so important I saved every page of it and refer to it even today. (I know most of it by heart)

For Vray help I use the online reference, which is particulary helpful in its "examples" section. Not exactly tutorial, but extremely helpful. For me anyways.
