XM8 assault Rifle
Well, I originally placed this in the help section, but it works here too. Here is the LINK.
I am looking for help on my normals. I tend to stay away from edge normals on hard surfaces due to artifacts. So I keep my normals on flat surfaces and leave the edge normals be controlled by the geometry. Is this the wrong way of doing it? Does anyone know of a way to bake edge normals properly without breaking the uv map? Or is it fine as is? Try to look past the horrible diffuse texture, its only a template. thanks. |
